By opting in to receive text (SMS) messages from Lightning Rock Winery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By subscribing to our SMS service, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. If we discover that you are not of legal drinking age, we reserve the right to remove you from our SMS list immediately.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages (which may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system) to the mobile number used at opt-in. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. If you have questions regarding your data or text plan, please contact your wireless carrier. Additional fees may apply if you opt in from outside of Canada/United States.

6. How to Opt Out or Get Help

  • Unsubscribe at Any Time: If you no longer wish to receive our messages, simply reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any of our messages. You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
  • Re-subscribe: If you wish to re-subscribe, just follow the initial subscription process again.

7. Disclaimer of Liability & Warranties

  • No Guarantee of Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays or failures in sending or receiving text messages which may result from carrier or network issues, or any other reason outside our control.
  • “As-Is” Service: Our SMS program is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Data Usage & Sharing

  • Collection of Data: Any information collected through SMS registration is used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services and improving your experience.
  • Sharing with Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted service providers (like Grasshopper) who help us send or analyze our text messages. These partners are obligated to protect your data in accordance with our policies and the law.
